Try a Cleanse

Since I just finished a 21 day cleanse, I’ve been thinking about the positive results of eliminating problem foods from my diet.  I see the same effects when removing the “problem areas” in the home.  You could easily find the clutter, outdated collections, overstuffed closets, cupboards, and so on fitting in to this catagory.  Taking just one project at a time is the beginning of “positive results.”   You actually feel better, become inspired, and find motivation to keep going!  Not only can you be healthier, but so can your surroundings.  One way I eliminate the unnecessary from piling up is to stop right by my trash can before entering the house and drop off all that junk mail before letting it become a “to do pile.”  Amazing how something so simple gives extra time  for you to enjoy.  Remember, “Your rewards in life are always in direct proportion to your contribution.”  Let the cleanse begin!
